My Interpretation:

Only the PAT members among all star seeds are ascending now and connect to new Gaia portals within 5-7D-levels. Their light bodies / garments of light become visible to them after transformation/dematerialisation and become also visible to other evolved star seeds on the earth when they appear as ascended masters in front of humanity.

Such ascended masters in light garments become commonplace among Gaia planetary teams / LW community as their higher dimensional missions as Elohim and Earth Keepers are acknowledged and accepted.

This occurs in the Now moment as confirmed by all publications of today.
