Foreword
The writing of this disquisition was prompted by my sincere appreciation for the previous and transcendental summation on Dr. Georgi Stankov’s website entitled:
“ On Evolution and Corruption of Football in the Light of the Universal Law and Ascension“.
The thoughts expressed were archived in the years 2019-2020 and were originally posted on Facebook. Shortly thereafter, I was removed by the Facebook Monitoring Police after serving as administrator for the The New Universal Law site. It was an active assembly of PAT members, crystalline children and awakening souls. Occasionally, I was attacked by those denouncing the many truths, mystical wisdom and divinely presented revelations promulgated in our dialogues. I had forgotten the summaries about which you are to be presented. My recently induced remembrance only came about due to the great appreciation for the timely and metaphysical truths concerning sports and the inputs from of all you. I thank you dearly.

American Football, The American Experience
We might as well be spectators in the Roman Colosseum given the energy, frenzy and allegiance that the population devotes to this theater of the absurd every week. An entire generation of young men are motivated to disregard the dangers associated with indulging in this profit-driven circus of testosterone and steroids on display. It is dressed up with scantily clad women, and immersed in hubristic nationalism coupled with ostentatious pageantry that would have made the Emperor Nero blush.
The entire story revealing the injurious extent to which the continuous hitting and pounding have on the developing minds and bone structure of young adolescent boys has never been told. The NFL corporate hierarchy, having paid $750M to settle the lawsuit from the Player’s Association is a small cost to offset the damage done to their minds and injured bodies for an exercise better suited for apes or perhaps, Neanderthals.
This is the price we pay as a civilization for emphasizing the physical over the mind and spirit.
A Corporate Monstrosity
Having just watched an ostentatious and self indulgent “Bread and Circus” venue labeled “NFL Honors,” I was struck by the theatrics which are deceptive, manipulative and designed with one aim in mind. Alas, the Gods have descended from Mount Olympus and have shown themselves to be mere mortals. They can project their humility and altruism in an atmosphere shrouded in secrecy and chicanery whose aim is to keep the NFL money machine robust. This, despite the fact that the “NFL League” is considered Tax Exempt having declared themselves a Trade Organization. Having made 10 Billion dollars in revenue, the trade organization status of the NFL League gives them license to falsely proclaim that their sole purpose according to IRS Code – Section 501(c) (6) is to further the industry or profession it represents like business leagues, chambers of commerce, real estate boards, boards of trade, AND professional football leagues . But I digress.
What is the meaning of this ‘ Bread and Circus” ? The term was first coined by the Roman poet Juvenal circa 100 AD. Its definition is meant to identify the only remaining considerations of the Roman populace who no longer cares for its historical birthright of political involvement. According to Wikipedia, Juvenal displays his contempt for the declining heroism of contemporary Romans. Aristocratic politicians passed laws in 140 B.C. to keep the votes of poorer citizens, by introducing a grain dole: giving out cheap food and entertainment, “bread and circuses”, became the most effective way to rise to power. Due to the manifest corruption Juvenal saw all around him, the phrase eventually morphed into one of satirical contempt whereby the masses are duped into servitude by circuses such as Gladiator fights and the pageantry of the Colosseum.
Super Bowl Sunday is our Bread and Circus. Two opposing teams with twenty two gladiators ready to pursue and rupture their brains in the midst of some 80,000 screaming fans calling for the opposing team’s heads. We only lack an Emperor. This, all the while Roger Goodell, NFL Commissioner receives his 44.2 Million Dollar Salary for running a Trade Organization. Amazing what history teaches us all

My Take on the Tom Brady Ruse
The Tom Brady deflate-gate saga is symptomatic of a culture where the winning at all costs animus rules as sure as the sun does rise every morning. Mortal men are sworn to a sport where their very bodies are put at risk for permanent injury with cranial concussions, torn muscles and ligaments, and as a consequence of the aforementioned, an ultimate and early death sentence. The ever present adulation of the masses and the lofty pedestal which athletes are elevated to proves a toxic mix for anyone to resist the temptation to engage in a farce of immense proportions. The NFL, a coterie of high paid executives, defining themselves as a tax-free trade organization embodies the very definition of an organization whose only concern is the fortune derived from the shattered lives of men, while the entertainment factor rises to that of a “ bread and circus” rendition of ancient Rome gladiatorial bouts.
TB, despite his “aw shucks, I’m just a guy who loves to win football games persona “ seems to believe he is above the ‘fair play” model which a virtuous soul ought to realize when the personal stakes are so high, both to his individual integrity and a game, which is mistakenly presented to the youth of the nation as one which builds character. What is astounding concerning Tom Terrific’s attitude to his obvious cheating is the care-free countenance he consistently displays when he is confronted for his malfeasance. He, literally believes he has done nothing wrong and goes to great lengths to assuage his personal culpability in this sordid affair. It reads like a play from the Greek playwright tragedies. Seems that hubris and pride thing really does carry through the ages.
It is obvious that the overriding, motivating factor for Tom Brady is to be known as the greatest QB (quarterback) in Professional Football history. He needs more Super Bowl rings, more passing yardage. He has stated on numerous occasions that he is out to topple former great quarterbacks, Joe Montana and Bret Favre. Whereas their efforts were achieved without resorting to underhanded means, whatever TOM can get away with is just fine with him and obviously the same for his adoring fans. As for his childlike display of bad sportsmanship and spewing F-Bomb utterances along the sidelines, while millions of adolescent young boys get a real up front and personal lesson in bad conduct, well, who cares ? The NFL should without blinking an eye suspend him for the upcoming entire season for his wrongful participation and outright refusal to shed light on this obvious violation. Then TB might have a chance of adjusting his own character deficiencies with a sense of humility. In the final analysis, he is rather pathetic BUT can throw a ball as long as it violates NFL Air pressure rules.

The decision rendered by NFL Commissioner, Roger Goodell against Tom Brady and the New England Patriots is an appropriate one for the following reasons. The deflate-gate ruse goes right to the integrity of the game and should not be looked upon as a benchmark to equate or compare with the severity of other abuses by NFL players, whether that be wife-beating, child beating or up to and including murder as in the Eric Hernandez case. Those actions are defined as crimes of a different caliber simply by being criminal assaults against another human being and are handed over to the criminal justice system for proper adjudications. The deflating of footballs for personal and team advantage is one that works behind the scenes in a subterfuge of chicanery and a clandestine modus operandi. Therefore, in order for the NFL to present its product as one that is beneficial and free of an undermining actions which induce a favorable advantage, the decision must stand. In the absence of doing so, the message would be read as it’s OK to tip the scales by all team franchises. The NFL has a 10 Billion dollar business to protect and it is doing so by this action.
Patriot fans often resort to self-defensive posturing all the while bellowing such sentiments as, “They hate us because we trounce them all. ” or some such emotional platitude. PLEASE. !! Tom Brady, by willfully engaging in such a mockery of adhering to fair play principles has not only shamed himself but has brought dishonor onto his teammates, Patriot owner Bob Kraft and the New England fans, Face it , folks, He cheats or at the very least chose to cheat once at a time of strategic game-setting leading up to the Superbowl.
The god has come down from Mount Olympus and did not pass the test as a mere mortal. Hubris and arrogance will get us all the time.
New England Patriots Faux Pas OR The Quarterback’s New Clothes
The continuing and convoluted saga surrounding the deflate-gate incident conjures up an allegorical simile which when examined for its significance as to the human frailties of the accused, in this case, Tom Brady. It is reminiscent of a certain story told to us as young students of a bygone era. But I digress for a moment. In the interest of furthering this discussion with what I maintain is a showcase example of theatrics on the part of the Patriot’s organization and their egocentric QB, I will play devil’s advocate on the side of Roger Goodell and the NFL executive hierarchy.
NFL Commissioner, Roger Goodell’s recent decision to stay the four game suspension of New England Patriot Tom Brady was the right decision. Given the Patriot’s Organization Principals who were most closely connected to the faux pas in question, they are deservingly responsible to what has transpired in the ensuing six months since the infraction was first brought to the NFL’s attention. Patriot Head coach, Bill Belichick and Patriot owner, Robert Kraft could have easily short-circuited the impasse which has followed by taking ownership of the issue in question at the time that it occurred. They chose not to and decided to play the ‘ Victim’s card ‘ , and by doing so, allowed Tom Brady, no stranger to his own ego to plead a feigned innocence.
Kraft did not dispute the $1,000,000 fine at the time it was levied. Belichick claims to have had no knowledge that footballs under the supervision and handling of the Patriots ‘ deflator staff ‘ were deflated. He, in fact reaffirmed this stance when in the immediate aftermath before a televised session and a public audience, stated: ” You’ll have to ask, Tom.” Many at the time thought that such a posture and response were in the proverbial sense “ Throwing Tom Brady under the Bus .” Kraft and Belichick should have immediately at the time of discovery confronted Tom Brady as to his knowledge, participation and responsibility for this infraction. If they had elected to undertake that decision, such a course would have alleviated the confluence of ego- centered trickery and victimization that this inane event has since garnered at full steam. It would have blown over with little headwind. Instead of acting like MEN, they acted like mice. Tom Brady could have easily gestured that he prefers a softer ball in cold or rainy weather, owed up to his culpability in association with the Patriot.
Any speculation as to what is real, who did what and at what time is NOW pure conjecture, although I always maintained that the NFL leadership had a smoking gun if push came to shove and evidently, the missing phone dilemma is that raw nerve. As it stands now, Tom Brady and the Patriots are engaged in a scorched earth policy of ruination which as everyone knows given my preferred sentiments to the business of football is like music to my ears. Brady sees himself as bigger than the NFL, too vain and pompous to assuage his guilt and owe up to his deceit. When one considers the constant adulation that he receives by adoring fans which in a satirical nuance reminds one of the “Second Coming”, he has allowed his emotions of entitlement to override any sense of responsibility, Quite pathetic, but very real. It is reminiscent of the Watergate Scandal where the cover up not the crime eventually forced a sitting president to resign. Once you go down that road, every expression of innocence is suspect where you have to lie every time to cover up the preceding lies. Nixon’s outburst to the nation that “ I am not a crook “ could easily be adapted to TB’ s rhetoric of feigned innocence. “ I know nothing, I am innocent.” He is finished.
The aforementioned story at the beginning of this discussion which this absurd theater of human frailties reminds me of the parody “ The Emperor’s New Clothes “ by Hans Christian Andersen. In that short story, a very vain and narcissistic king is hostage to his own adulation in that he is always looking for new clothes and outfits to be adored upon him by his court minister’s approval and his subjects within the kingdom. One day a pair of swindlers arrive at the emperor’s estate claiming that they can weave the most beautiful array of kingly clothing and ask for the materials to do so. Additionally, they state that the new attire would be of such magnificence that only those fit to serve in their position could see it. Anyone questioning the reality of this hoax would be considered unfit and subject to dismissal. Meanwhile, the phony weavers are stashing the materials for themselves. By fooling the emperor and appealing to his vanity followed by blackmailing the court’s ministers into total subjection to their whims, the story almost reads like a metaphorical allegory to Tom Brady and the Patriot Court. TB is the Emperor, the two weavers of deceit are coach Belichick and owner Robert Kraft. The make believe clothing could easily be adapted to TB’s feigned innocence. He will be forced to wear the transparent cloak of the victim. Anyone questioning the innocence of TB whether fans, sport writers or other players are subject to scorn and ridicule, AND thusly identified as the unfit. However, the day arrives when the Emperor dons his new clothing with adoring admiration by all and appears before his subjects in the public square. Everyone is claiming how the emperor looks so kingly in his new attire but for one. A small child remarks , “Look, He has no clothes,: which sets off a barrage of Observable Reality, OMG, the Emperor is naked. Call it a child’s intuition. I call it TRUTH.
Someone who is close to him should remind Tom Brady of this folly of grand gesturing. I suspect that it will not happen and he will remain naked.

How does football inspire you? What a silly question. Inspiration cannot possibly be rooted in a sport that champions the mayhem of grown men spearheading one another in over-weight, over-muscled and overly aggressive bodies which result in fractured lives, damaged brains and suicidal tendencies. It is used as a hidden narcotic to mildly sedate the masses into a bread and circus atmosphere replete with billion dollar advertisements, scantily clad cheerleaders who the TV advertisers subliminally focus on with certain poses which I guess, is suppose to inspire the drunken ‘ wanna be football players ‘ at all the sports bars with 100 inch plasma screens blasting the latest commodity to purchase . Now, that’s inspiration… Enough ? And THEN, there’s always this to consider:

Super Bowl Follies
The most depressing aspect of the Patriots succumbing to Denver this evening was not the mere fact they lost and deservedly so, but it was watching those of whom the game has knowingly tossed to the ash heap of discarded brains and bodies receive their brain-destroying 60 G’s wrecking force and pummeling from corner-backs and safetys, who incidentally have now been offered up as sacrificial lambs. Huh ? The NFL hierarchy is not to be heard as the movie, “Concussion” tells the sordid tale of broken lives, suicides, and diseased brains run amok due to continuous hitting over decades of physical abuse. Oh for sure, let’s just morph this sad spectacle into one by which this folly of the absurd is now presented as a display of 80-85% passing. That way, we can cut down on the crashing heads and potential CTE, that is Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy. Go ahead folks, say it. What this new term means is that Football is a KILLER.
Traditionally, it has been the linemen, centers and linebackers who suffered from its effects but Hell’s Bells , “We have a 10 Billion Dollar Enterprise to protect.” Today, so aptly represented by the Patriot’s offense, we can switch to a new generation of lethal assaults on pass catchers like Julian Edelman and the Gronkowski’s of the NFL world by just throwing the ball into a concentrated area whereby overweight, over-muscled and overly aggressive assassins can target your head, neck or upper torso at 4.7 speed. Oh yes, we can give them a penalty. But what does the guy catching the ball receive ? I refer to the movie “Concussion ” again, starring Will Smith as Dr. Omalu who emphatically states that the human brain while encased in a bony skull which appears to offer it some measure of head trauma protection, the fragile master organ actually floats in a fluid and has no resistance from severe and continuous head shock. Sort of like jello being shaken and tossed in a surrounding fluid membrane; once damaged, it is irreversible.
Despite all the precautions taken by the league with new equipment- protective measures and more stringent tackling rules , it was stated at the end of the film that fully 28% of all participating NFL players TODAY will develop the disease. What they did not state is that a higher proportion of ball catchers are now feeling its death-dealing effects. This trend is likely to continue in the future.
Ever wonder why Football is considered entirely an American Sport, and just played by Americans.? Not so for baseball, basketball, hockey , etc. No other country or culture takes it on, just Americans. I find that fact quite interesting and very revealing. Oh, another, I must admit that for the life of me, I do not understand women’s fascination towards this deadly affair. It really escapes me.
For me, today’s game sealed it. I’d rather watch grass grow.
Tony Dorsett of Dallas Cowboy’s fame recently announced that he has tested positive for CTE. I also suspect Brett Favre. He has personally acknowledged such symptoms. Given the performance of the Patriot linemen today, Tom Brady should take notice. Julian Edelman , once again suffered multiple, crushing hits to his head today. He should resign from this sport immediately.

Justin Strzelczyk was 37 years old, a graduate of one of my alma maters, the University of Maine. He died travelling the wrong way in a police pursuit while crashing into a tanker at 100 mph. He was killed instantly.
This news stems from last year’s Super Bowl fiasco. So, New England Patriot fans everywhere you look these days; FB, Twitter, Sports Bars et al, venerate their team as the best ever, targets of envy and picked on, TB as the second coming, blah,blah, blah.
In the interest of clarity, let’s put that aside for a moment and scrutinize what in effect is the real score. The Patriots currently throw the ball 80-85% to one of three guys; Gronk, Edelman and Amendola. That’s it ! It doesn’t take much insight to realize that given those conditions, then there might be a great probability of a few players shouldering too much responsibility in an encounter with a sport that rocks their brain a tad. What do you think ?
Instead of embelleshing the nonsensical praise of a team, perhaps our attention should be drawn to their safety and right to a life free of a death-dealing brain disease and consummate misery to themselves and all those around them. Fotr the masses and Patriot fans … Nah, GO Pats ??

The final days of NFL player, Mike Webster; The Pittsburgh Steeler veteran center was the first to be diagnosed with CTE, Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy by Dr. Omalu, Forensic Neuropathologist. In the opening scene of the movie, ” Concussion ” the last days of Mike Webster’s existence are shown in a sorrowful and detailed summary as presented in this ESPN article of eleven years ago.
The question posed before the American people is : Are we knowingly going to devote our attention and energies to an activity that triggers brain death, and ultimately induces an early and horrific suffering to a fellow soul in the comfort of our living rooms all the while presented on a 60″ HD TV screen ?
It is a legitimate question. The spectator crowds of ancient Rome evidently never paused to answer such a moral dilemma as they watched gladiator bouts. The excesses of excitement and gratification at the expense of others paved the way for their descent into an unwavering moral decline. History tells us today where such an abject indifference to the personal sufferings of human beings eventually leads a culture despite our attempts to absolve the responsibility we all share as participants in this theater of death. We cannot have it both ways.
The evidence is overwhelming. According to the findings conducted by the VA and Boston University’s CTE Center; Researchers have now identified the degenerative disease known as chronic traumatic encephalopathy, or CTE, in 96 percent of NFL players that they’ve examined and in 79 PERCENT OF ALL FOOTBALL PLAYERS.
That last particular finding (79%) has even shaken me as to its undiagnosed likelihood. In total, the lab has found CTE in the brain tissue in 131 out of 165 individuals who, before their deaths, played football either professionally, semi-professionally, in college or in high school. As it is an accumulative and continuously degenerative condition, one can assume that anyone at any age engaged in the activity of playing football INCLUDING YOUNG ADOLESCENT MALES in Pop Warner, Junior High or whatever are highly susceptible and at great risk .
Parents, be advised !! Football is hazardous to your children’s health and well being.

Americans are more tuned in to the NFL Super Bowl today than they are to their own existential survival in a world gone mad. It’ right out of Dante’s Inferno with the verse admonition, ” Abandon all hope, ye who enter here ” ! The Pentagon and NFL work hand in hand to assure you that it’s just one big playing field. After all, just look at all those similarities in the nomenclature of both activities: War, Offensive Strategy, Defensive Position, First Strike, Injuries and even DEATH . But the D word is hidden. No mention of CTE – related deaths among survivors from the NFL Football Wars and 22 US Veterans committing suicide every day. Hey it’s a no – brainer. Just embellish violence and a national pastime which will kill your brain, provide a half-time show that borders on sexism, nihilism and fantasy pursuits with some over the top gross and vulgar demonstrations from the Hollywood folks, …. and Gee, ” Honey the game is on, where’s my beer and pass the damn remote ?”
A Two Year Extension of NFL Contract; Tom Brady’s License to Continue the Attack on his Own Teammates.
The news is saturated with a benediction on the hailing of an extension of Tom Brady’s NFL contract with the New England Patriots. Pundits and patriot fans genuflect at the altar of a fan-adulated craze and fealty with testimonies of praise, heart-felt and ingratiating, servile-like commentaries to ensure that TB should remain in the final phase of his career with one team.
Tom Brady knowingly engages in a blood sport where the transformation and current metamorphosis of the game requires QB’s to throw the ball 80 if not 90% of the time. That ‘s because the NFL knows all too well what running backs, linebackers and linemen suffer later in life as a result of crashing heads. While linemen dance on their toes and touch each other with their hands and thus eliminating helmet to brain jarring, the likely and injury prone players of the future will be the defensive, tackling cornerbacks and safeteys; tight and split ends, ie, Gronks and flankers like Edelman, which according to recently compiled injury statistics is being confirmed in spades. Gronk already appears to be suffering from some form of dementia. Just look at the way he behaves. It’s very reminiscent of a punch-drunk boxer. Such observations were observed before his recent descent into drunken boat cruises and sexual innuendos on parade. On the other hand, Edelman, a superb athlete strikes me as an intelligent guy. He should quit now, while he is ahead or to put it succinctly, still has a head. I have observed the hits he takes, while he struggles to get up quickly and stumbles back into the huddle. The patriot coaching staff were grossly negligent in not taking him off the field for observation a number of times in past seasons. Even the announcers were wondering why this wasn’t being done. But Hell, we got games to win . One of these hits could likely be career ending or worse. As for Tom Brady, the best thing that could happen to him is for the Appellate Court now in session to side with the NFL in deflate-gate. He might then have a chance at growing up or at the very least act like an adult. But wait, if he doesn’t get his way, hell start spewing F-bombs on the sidelines.
The adulation and worship of this guy rises to the point of limitless buffoonery. In the final analysis, Tom Terrific knows he is a possible and contributing cause of future injury to a fellow human being, by just throwing a deflated ball into a congested arena while 250 pound overweight, over-muscled, and overly- aggressive assassins are spearheading one another at 20 mph speeds resulting in collision forces in excess of 20 G’ees. Hey, that’s just great, folks. Try it some time. Make sure little Johnny gets it. Wow, we have a star on our hands. This crazed national obsession is not sport . It is controlled mayhem. But who cares, TB need more rings, more money. He is a Narcissist, true to nothing other than his ego.
Somehow, I don’t ever remember Roger Staubach, Joe Montana, Terry Bradshaw or John Elway displaying such a brazen display of aggrandizement and self-flattery. If you look closely, TB’s facial expressions border on rage and a condescending countenance that subliminally states, ” Hey, I am the greatest ever with or without deflated footballs. ” To think that yesterday’s farcical theater of the absurd was in any measure not scripted from the beginning with an already decided-upon and conclusive outcome to further enhance the stature of Tom Terrific and the “Patriots” organizational machine is putting it mildly an exercise in denial to the extreme. It wasn’t the bookmakers in Vegas offering their 3-point spread, (favor Patriots) that got them to the point of committing hari-kari at half-time since ‘legal’ gambling only accounts to about 3% of the $100 Billion, (some say $300 Billion) tallied in this greatest single gambling-day event of the year, BUT the offshore hidden black accounts held by the financial elites and real owners of the NFL who conceivably could have made a few targeted phone calls during half-time stating, ” Roger, my little one, Make this go away and fast” or there won’t be an NFL. ” The greater side-betting took place after that phone call as the accrued losses have to be swiped and then, the second half began. For a first, I watched this game in its entirety and have recently vetted every play, decision and penalty call, and came to the conclusion that this game was without a doubt orchestrated and ultimately fixed. For the New England Patriots, another first in the record books; They have won two out of the last 3 super bowls in last minute plays of an extraordinary timing and effect when in fact anyone who knows a smidgen about how this game is played should be able to discern that such an outcome can only have resulted by predetermined decisions and theatrics of masked chicanery and subterfuge.
Ponder ? The odds for Super Bowl 51 according to Las Vegas bookmakers were a 3-point spread, (favor Patriots). What are the odds that in the last three years the New England Patriots who have won 2 out of 3 NFL Super Bowls in the last milliseconds of games where one was forfeited to a play decision that can only be construed as suspect against the Seahawks (Super Bowl 49) and most recently the entire defensive implosion of a team that kept the mighty Patriots almost scoreless for 3 full quarters and through the duration allows 446 total yards in total passing when in fact they knew that New England would be throwing the ball 95% of the time while engaged in their offensive position ?
Oh, another thing, I am not challenging the athletic prowess of the athletes for they truly are magnificent in their strength and dexterity, BUT they are beholding to the family and that family is the NFL and the NFL hierarchy and elites do not lose money.. ever. And the population loves it !!! They actually believe that this obsession with watching physically-induced trauma and persistent mayhem masquerading as sport is a national treasure and a spectator entitlement bestowing such feats of teamwork and record-breaking stats as character building attributes to their praise and glory.
Meanwhile, former Green Bay Packer QB, Brett Favre claims that he is undergoing memory lapses on a recurrent basis. The galactic lightship switched to total stealth mode in an elevated electromagnetic spectrum of the light composite and by doing so became invisible to any detection measures this civilization were able to muster by their primitive satellites and newly commissioned space forces.
This timely visit occurred on a day that the human civilization sets aside for what they term a sporting event called the Super Bowl. The light beings were quite perplexed by the intensity, social cohesion and blind allegiance to this anomaly in the cosmos since it depicts the innate and inherent propensity for this species to engage in hostile animosity to their fellow inhabitants by inflicting pain and suffering upon each other.
