Donald Trump appears to display near daily rapid temperamental mood shifts as a clinical mood disorder condition commonly referred to as mood lability. While the Trump persona displays his ego-inflated sense of grandiosity and self-importance, his near constant self-aggrandizement is interlaced with hypervigilant malignant narcissism, causing him to lash out viciously against anyone who dares to challenge him. These days Trump obsessively feels totally threatened by everyone he encounters who happens to be honest expressing a different point of view. Every time on cue, he reactively goes on the attack against anyone that fails to ingratiatingly kiss his ass or overtly gratify his insatiably needy huge ego.
Because Trump is now caught in a totally engulfing quagmire of one failure after another that are all his own karmic self-undoing, his constant need to be propped up by praise and deference explains why he is compelled to parasitically surround himself with sycophants in his administration who are only there to lavishly feed his enormous ego. They will readily tell him lies knowing what he wants to hear rather than the truth that he cannot handle without flying off the handle into deep rage. Increasingly notorious for his sudden fits of fury, Trump’s habitual vindictiveness and near constant threats of physical or legal harm toward perceived enemies that now is everyone unwilling to acknowledge his special Trumpian brand of “greatness” and “godlike” power. Trump is a loose and dangerous cannon, under stress ever failing now to cover up his own deviously psychopathic and untrustworthy self.
Among Trump’s debilitating psychological conditions is the clinically referred term of mood lability, characterized by rapid shift of moods cycling endlessly back and forth from a low of deviously angry to the narcissistic high of grandiose arrogance. Trump’s mood affect is defined by his limitless grandiose delusions and inflated sense of self-importance, compelling him to constant boast how great he is. No one secure in himself feels the constant compulsion to be blowing smoke up his own ass all the time. Only those who have inferiority complexes are compulsively driven to such selfish excess about how great, wonderful, smart and talented they are. Those possessing those attributes and skills show them by their actions, not by their insecure, empty, baseless words all the time. Trump’s mood downers are when he turns viciously irritable, seething in angry, including his rageful hostility whenever confronted by someone who disagrees with him. Trump immediately gets extremely upset and sadistically cruel.
Because his presidential second term has been so erratic with nonstop inconsistencies, reversed decisions, mounting failures bringing combustible consequences to the world, Trump is extremely defensive and rude, virtually all the time now on edge, ready to misinterpret others’ words and gestures to lash out reactively. Virtually all his strongest media figure, MAGA friendly allies loyal to Trump have all been savagely attacked and thrown to the curb. Trump is incapable of facing the truth, and the terrible consequences of his policy decisions, unable to own responsibility for all his blatant failures, especially during his trainwreck of a second term.
Of course, I’m not the only observer who has called Trump clinically and certifiably insane. Plenty of acclaimed psychologists and psychiatrists have also pointed out how clinically nuts Donald Trump truly is, not the least of whom is Mary Trump, Donald’s own niece a clinical psychologist. One of her books published six years ago entitled Too Much and Never Enough: How My Family Created the World’s Most Dangerous Man accurately describes her uncle as a bully, a fraud and narcissist who threatens the life of every American.
John Gartner, another psychologist and professor from Johns Hopkins University, also called Trump a narcissist and more:

His heightened knee-jerk reflex is constantly kicking in, activated by hostile defensiveness, deep irritability and growing aggressiveness. He is arrogantly incapable of admitting his human fallibilities and imperfections, which are of course many and profound, much less his mounting failures and compounding mistakes, which are off the map these days.
This growing dysfunctional pattern is graphically reflected during the hours leading up to his 80th birthday on Sunday June 14th. As an example of how this big birthday bash weekend is already a total failure, causing him to lose it psychologically before the world, on Saturday June 13th, just hours prior to turning 80, President Trump recklessly threatened to drop a nuclear bomb to blow-up Iran if his self-made enemy fails to deliver his peace deal on a platter by his Sunday birthday. But a mere couple hours later by Saturday afternoon on his Birthday Eve, suddenly an overly confident Donald Trump stated with certainty that Iran will sign the peace deal on Sunday, giving him opportunity to gloat as the birthday peacemaker, no doubt serving as this year’s launchpad for his next Nobel Peace Prize entitlement bid. Meanwhile, as is typical, Iran denies that it will be signing any peace deal on Sunday.
Trump’s annual medical checkup at Walter Reed Hospital earlier this month had him assessed by a record 22 specialists, way more than any previous president. Requiring that many experts examining that many anatomical and mental parts needing analysis speaks volumes, and the White House refusal to explain why so many medical specialists were on hand this year speaks the loudest. And they all lied through their teeth as there is no way 22 medical specialists can honestly sign-off on the president’s clean bill of health. His swollen ankles and exposed hand bruises reflect dangerously poor blood circulation, along with Trump’s atrocious food habits, he is now obesely robust at over 300 pounds of lard. With none of his trips to his golf courses helping, physically Trump is cheating death waiting to happen. Combine that with his advancing mental decline and despite all his deception and coverup lies as the Trump trademark, they won’t help him stay alive much longer, and he knows it.
Reports are widely circulating that Donald Trump is dreading becoming the next octogenarian president, knowing how his octogenarian predecessor Joe Biden was so often ridiculed and derided for also being too far gone and over-the-hill to be a mentally competent president. Biden’s countless senile moments caught on camera appearing completely disoriented and not in charge depicts too much frail truth for this latest 80-year-old’s vulnerably visible pitfall. Trump is clearly following suit, also not in charge of either the White House or his faculties, though his far more bombastic, angrily disturbing daily combative style renders him far more dangerous as the latest, back-to-back, over-exposed, over-the-hill octogenarian bully-turned impotent weakling loser and dangerous liability to US national security. During his second term, if he even lasts that long, which many including myself assert that he will not even last through the year, if he does he will soon become the oldest president in US history.
No president has ever displayed such recklessly alarming, dangerous psychotically malicious behavior before the world as Donald John Trump. Regardless of Trump’s twisted spin, or the wider media’s twisted spin, Donald’s disastrous, unprovoked war against Iran as the latest Greatest Israel Project-US war defeat, with more bled out American soldiers coming home in body bags, fighting another lost war exclusively for Israel and its Rothschild Khazarian mafia founders. Flanked by his sycophantic team before the press, Trump demands constant ego-stroking compliments and ass-kissing, thoroughly nauseatingly cringing flattery. What Trump currently displays to the whole world is the classical mechanism of self-sabotage, which the Higher Realms and the individual soul employ to accomplish karma on earth. This is how the entire dark ruling elite will be dismantled very soon. This is how the “Gods” punish humans by fulfilling their dark, evil desires, leading ultimately to their destruction.
I have explained this psycho-energetic mechanism extensively in all my gnostic books on the Universal Law since 1999 and have expected it to fully unfold in the last phase prior to the ascension and the planetary shift. – You wrote in a previous article that Rothschilds financed the establishment of the chemical industry based on fossil fuels in the beginning of the 20th century, from which very soon the modern pharmaceutical industry emerged as the foundation of such fake disciplines as pharmacology and pharmacy. This was a pre-planned plot for massive human genocide, which humanity still must digest to the full extent. The human psyche is the most powerful energetic hub of all creation in this matrix, and also in the higher dimensions, and fully complies with the essence of the Universal Law. First comes the idea and then its material manifestation – this is a basic spiritual knowledge.
The psycho-energetic mechanism of self-sabotage is essentially based on the extreme exaggeration of all dark psycho-mental tendencies of the incarnated personality, which have brought a lot of success to this dark entity in the past. It is induced by the soul personally with the help of other higher-dimensional beings and is not registered by the incarnated personality, as she is cognitively refractory to the nudges of the soul and actually enjoys the experience of its darkness in all kinds of heinous human activities. My cursory response to your latest email posted on your site was an expression of gratitude, but due to the late hour, minus any commentary on your larger detailed analysis. After a good night’s sleep, today affords me the opportunity to respond more fully. [Bad] Karma in the context of “self-sabotage” that we observe the current Khazarian elites seemingly muddled in and, as a result, crumbling in self-destruction, appears a valid observation for the “what goes around, comes around” doctrine of karmic justice, enacted through today’s unfolding news events and latest developments.
The escalation of alarming geopolitical conflict under the divide and rule dichotomy of the West vs. East war(s) continues, even with today’s welcomed announcement that the US and Iran have allegedly agreed to a 60-day Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), ostensibly to work out their differences with the objective of reaching a permanent peaceful settlement in the Middle East. That said, the fact that Benjamin Netanyahu and Israel are hell bent on continued war automatically places the fate of this MOU having virtually zero chance of any happy ending. Though Iran’s insistence that any conflict resolution should also extend to Israel’s cessation of deadly hostilities in both Lebanon and Gaza is critically important and legitimate demand, Bibi the Butcher’s Jewish State will never cease its violence sadly until it ceases. True to their warring habits, the Butcher answered US-Iran prospect of peace by bombing Lebanon’s capital Beirut. I’m reminded of all my years toiling away in the mental health field clashing with the psychiatric stranglehold of Rockefeller’s Big Pharma, its systemic destruction of the health field and the natural healing arts, and their hypocritic blasphemy of their own Hippocratic oath. Smothering symptoms with unnatural toxins only intended to lead to the ravages of mass addiction, more suffering and more unnatural early death. Over a decade ago I wrote an article for Global Research called “The Evils of Big Pharma” and a dozen years ago another GR article exposing the gatekeeping evils of Child Protective Services and Child Welfare System, based on my over quarter century experience in the mental health field. Both of those set the stage for the Pedophilia & Empire: Satan, Sodomy and the Deep State 5-book volume series exposing the same genocidal planetary overlords responsible for today’s long-planned mega-crises – WWIII on multiple warfronts, bioweapon warfare through Covid, Ebola, Hantavirus toxic “viruses,” global collapse of the economy and financial system, all leading to our same common enemy’s Great Reset” delivery of today’s neo-feudal digital gulag enslavement, mass starvation and depopulation now already well underway.
The biggest takeaway from all this calamity and destruction is the fact that the fatalistic controlled demolition of planet earth has our enemy controllers now visibly on the run, literally running like cockroaches seeking shelter from the light shining on them as they scramble for the darkness of their not-so-hidden refuge in subterranean fortress havens, walled up insulation and protection against what’s to come. Peter Thiel’s sudden recent escape to Argentina, the Kushners to Albania and of course recent years of Zuckerberg, Bezos, Oprah, the Rock and Ellison et al billionaires’ boys club escape to over 11% of Hawaii’s total turf. Though all these most visible public faces among the predatory elite occupy only the lowest rung of pecking order power as the shit hits the fan in 2026, they are all hunkering down in their safe spaces knowing the cataclysm of earth changes fast arriving.
While they have all sold their soul to the devil’s Darkside for wealth, power and fame, many more of us have quietly chosen to retain our moral and spiritual compass, and work toward seeking the Light for much-needed sustenance, guidance, strength and support to fight their pervasive evil earthly grip. Our enemy has sped up their destructive timeline agenda precisely because they fear their overdue karmic wrath is catching up to them faster than their rushed plan for human genocide. The collective forces for good, though they may remain far less visible working primarily behind the scenes, nonetheless currently are clearing the way for the spiritual cleansing needed to pave a pathway towards the much brighter future.

In fact, there’s this show called “The Boys” and it’s essentially a world dominated by superheroes as they’re huge stars and contribute to the “well-being” of society, except they’re mostly crooked bastards with the arch-bastard called Homelander, who is exactly like Trump, and I’m not sure whether Trump didn’t take Homelander as his literal inspiration.
Long story short, Homelander, who’s an indestructible superhero, a massive narcissist and a wicked sadist, can shoot lasers from his eyes and flies at supersonic speed, eventually takes over the US and names himself president and God.

Dear Patrick,
It is remarkable that you have addressed the grievous topic of the AI Antichrist mafia around Peter Thiel and Musk that also pulls the strings of Trump to have chosen the mystic land of Ireland for their nefarious goals to establish their dreadful NWO of total AI control.
For no apparent reasons, Ireland has been very intensively in my mind for the last two weeks. The point of departure was that my younger daughter Milena studied in Dublin for a year, where she met her Irish boyfriend. I was thinking how radically the dark cabal is now flooding this country with unhinged mass migration of unripe souls from Asia and Africa to destroy this jewel of European civilisation. I have been envisioning very vividly how we shall, as ascended masters, save this country and its population from the claws of the current ruling antichrists, by also uniting Northern Ireland with the Republic of Ireland as one nation – one island.
The Irish people are very creative, as writers, poets, musicians and have suffered so much under the oppression of the British Empire. The massive famines the dark British cabal instigated in this country under the false pretext of potato pestilence, such as the Great Famine or An Gorta Mór, was a deliberate genocide on the Irish people that occurred between 1845 and 1852. and caused their mass migration to the USA. This almost depopulated the island and weakened their resilience to fight the English occupiers for many years until the fight for liberation flourished again in the 20th century.
