A bizarre Ministry of Defense report circulating in the Kremlin today states that the Serbian Ambassador to NATO, Branislav Milinkovic [photo 2^nd left], “suddenly and without notice” suicided himself at the international airport in Brussels a few hours ago in front of his colleagues after learning he and his family were not going to be part of the select group of military officers being offered “protection” from the events expected to occur later this month.

According to Russia Today (RT) news sources confirming this death, Milinkovic was at the Brussels airport to receive Serbian Deputy Foreign Minister Zoran Vujicm, who was due in the Belgian capital for NATO talks along with other officials. After the delegation arrived, they walked through the parking lot to their cars, and Milinkovic suddenly broke from the group, walked over to the barrier and jumped.

The purpose for this “unexpected” NATO meeting being called in the first place, this report says, was to prepare a Western military response to the growing civil war in Syria where many Russian experts believe chemical and biological weapons are being prepared to be used by rebel forces seeking to overthrow the dictatorship of Bashar al-Assad.

Also on the agenda, according to Russian defense officials, was a united NATO response to Israel rejecting the UN call for nuclear transparency that was overwhelmingly approved by a vote of 174-6, with 6 abstentions, in a vote by the General Assembly yesterday ordering the Jewish state to open itself up to atomic inspectors.

Important to note is that Israel has come under increasing pressure from the West this past week over its plan to destroy any hope of a viable Palestinian with its announcement it would drastically expand its settlement building on captured land in violation of International Law. Even though Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu brushed off the concerns of the Western powers to this land grab, he nevertheless left for Berlin earlier today for meetings designed to state his nation’s position in person.

Of the greatest concern to Ambassador Milinkovic, this report says, was neither the Syrian nor Israeli issues set to be discussed by NATO, but was, instead, the meeting he attended yesterday where Switzerland’s NBD intelligence service notified the West of a massive data breech to its most secretive computers holding secrets belonging to both the United States Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and Britain’s Secret Intelligence Service (MI6).

Though public news sources about this massive breech of Western intelligence secrets blame them on an as yet unidentified Swiss IT technician, who has since been released, Russian defense analysts in this report say the greatest concern among Western intelligence officials is that this theft of intelligence secrets was, in fact, engineered by United States Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) Systems of Neuromorphic Adaptive Plastic Scalable Electronics (SyNAPSE) programme many believe is fast approaching a “singularity” on, or about, 21 December 2012.

Of the greatest concern is this programme achieving “supremacy” over the global financial financially system which no human, or group of humans, is able to either understand and/or control anymore.

Such a situation, should it occur, was made even more alarming this past week with new information being released in the West showing that the four largest banks in the US, holding over 93% of that countries assets, have derivatives contracts equaling more than 362 times greater than their total assets.

As a senior British bank official declared this past week that the Western financial crisis was “as bad as a world war,”an “aware” computer programme acting on its own, this report continues, is able to “virtually within hours” collapse civilization as we know it.

A detailed report on Ambassador Milinkovic prepared by The Permanent Mission of Russia to NATO on his suicide, and contained in this report, states that in the hours preceding his death he had become “extremely agitated” with protecting himself and his family from the coming “apocalypse” being planned by this SyNAPSE programme, but was unable to secure the protection he felt he was entitled to.

With new reports now saying that the mammoth Internet search company Google is now actively working on a Skynet programme with the Obama regime, and a United States National Security Administration (NSA) whistleblower now stating that “everyone in the US is under virtual surveillance”, and with new patents being issued on cell phone-smart phone and cable TV boxes to actively spy on Americans in their own homes with secret cameras and microphones, the fears of Ambassador Milinkovic were, perhaps, valid as the world he believed is about to come into place is no longer compatible with human life.
